If you like Strawberry Banana smoothies then you’d definitely like this drink. It’s pretty much the same, only with additional healthy veggies to make it more nutritious. In a blender, combine ¾ cup of frozen strawberries, 1 large frozen banana, ½ cup of cucumber, peeled and sliced, 1 ½ cups of kale (or spinach) and 1 ½ cup of almond or soy milk. Blend and serve.

5. Mango Blueberry Green Smoothie

This drink combines the antioxidant nutrients of blueberries with the digestive enzymes of mangoes to create a powerhouse smoothie. Blend 1 banana, ¼ cup of frozen mangoes, ½ cup of frozen blueberries, a handful of spinach (or kale) and ½ cup of almond or soymilk.
